Harassment in the workplace HELP!!

☣X

Yesterday I got a call from my boyfriend about an incident that happened between him and a female housekeeper at his job. He works at Canadian National. We fear he may lose his job over "he said, she said" bs.

Before getting on his train, he stopped to go to the bathroom. There were no signs or anything make it apparent that the female housekeeper was in there. He walked in while she was in there, and didn't notice right away. He stood in front of the urinal, and before he even undid his pants, she said "You could have told me you had to use the bathroom" and walked out. He never undid his pants until after she left.

He thought nothing of the "incident" until the trainmaster came to him and made him fill out a sexual harassment form, and he's afraid they may fire him. We have no idea what the housekeeper told upper management.

He even got a call this morning from his union rep, yelling at him about "whipping his dick out." So clearly the housekeeper told a very different story.

Is there any legal way to fight this? Are they more likely to take her side because she's female and declaring "harassment?" We're still looking up CN policies that may have been broken, but can't find anything. Is she legally required to put up bathroom signs?

He's a really sweet guy who would never do anything to harass anyone, especially at work. He's pretty much sold his soul to the company and has been a loyal and hard worker for 2 years now, and is the primary breadwinner for our family, and if he loses his job, we would be completely screwed... We don't know what we can do here... If anyone has any advice or even knowledge of CN specific policies, please!
