So I’m 23 weeks and to me my urine has smelled kind of sweet today , at least a scent I smell decently when going. (that could be due to my good nose with being pregnant) I was worried maybe i have gestational diabetes. So I have my SO do a quick sniff and he says it doesn’t smell sweet but is strong smelling . Now I think my nose is going crazy. I’ve been drinking water so it’s clear and not dark yellow , any idea what this could be or any other symptoms of gestational diabetes to look out for . I don’t have my test for another 4 weeks .
