Always ate breakfast!

3 meals a day.

Only Ate meat at dinner time.

TONS of water! close to a gallon daily but sometimes couldnt reach it.

GYM at least 3 times a week, more if schedule allows!

30 minutes of cardio!

10 minutes of strength.

Hummus & Pretzels

Strawberries & yogurt

Celery Sticks & Ranch

Dinner Example: Zucchini Noodle Spaghetti with ground meat & sauce.

Snacks: Cucumbers & Ranch, mozzarella string cheese, pepperoni, slim jims, strawberries, grapes apples & nuts.

2 months of no phentermine, diet remains the same, as well as workouts. almost to goal so close, 4 pounds to goal!
