Anyone have a clue what these are?

These red flat spots appeared all of the sudden below my collarbone . I didn't have them 3+ hrs ago and I only noticed just now 😮
They're not itchy or anything.

They look like blood risen to the skin from scratching or rubbing.

Two thing .. could be blood under the skin from various things 
Or a black n blue forming

I get those on my legs all the time when I scratch too hard.

Does it hurt? Like prickly? If so could be shingles.

this happens when i get bit from a mosquito (not from scratching im just allergic to them)

I sometimes get marks similar to this on my shoulders if my bags too heavy... 
Or it could be a reaction to something. 
Or it could be like a hickey!
