Im so confused

I went in to the hospital last night for cramping, they did an ultrasound and blood work. They said it looks like to be a cyst on my left ovary or an ectopic pregnancy, my hcg level was 2400 and the radiologist said he didnt see anything but my ultrasound tech showed me the sack... Idk :(
