My daughter has been STTN now for about two months. My supply has mostly regulated to accommodate the new schedule. I don't wake up engorged most mornings but I still seem to have what she needs for the morning nursing session. I do occasionally still wake up to a milk soaked shirt though. It isn't common but it does happen.

It takes a few days for your body to regulate just pump for confort and after a week maybe you won’t have to do it anymore
