Going crazy?

I need some sane advice gals. So I did IUI on CD 13 and on CD 25 I started bleeding not as heavy as a period but not implantation bleeding , I went to the clinic on what I thought was day 2 to start my IUI baseline scan but the nurse said that this isn’t my period as the line lung of my uterus is too thick, so we took a pregnancy test and it was negative, so today CD29 I took a test and got the below. However this is Day 4 of bleeding... I’m so so confused and wondering has anyone ever experienced this? Ps the line is fainter than the pic 🙂
