What to call this??

Ok so oct 2017 I married my SO of 5yrs at the courthouse we wanted a wedding we planned to do it like a week later BUT my brother in law and and his girlfriend announced the next day after our marriage they were getting g married I. April and planning the wedding and asked me to be the bridsmade I didnt want to say no so we move our wedding g to oct2018 we didnt do nothing for ot except I got my dress already I was excited to finally have my wedding well anyway april 2018 we have there wedding then sadly in june2018 we lose my husband's brother that just got married,, my husband and I decided to hold off on the wedding he had already lost his youngest brother in 2012 and now his older brother and now I'm scared to lose my grandfather he has beginning stages of cerrosis of the liver he wasn't there for the court it was just quick at the court house I wanted to wait till like 5/10yrs but I dont think mu grandfather will make it so (what can I call this wedding thingimejig ??I really dont want to call it a vow renewal we've only been married 2yrs?)
