I’ve had the implant in for about three weeks. I wasn’t on my period when I got it in so I just got my period yesterday. I got the implant to ease period pains but the cramps and sickness I feel are worse than I’ve ever felt. I’m on the verge of tears and have been sick all day & had to miss all of my meetings. Is this normal? The pain is almost unbearable and I am thinking of going to the hospital. Also, I am experiencing heavy, heavy blood clotting. Will this pain end soon? Are these normal occurrences of nexplanon? Any tips to make me feel well again? I need to get well and my pain is so bad currently I am basically immobile.
