I second the "Go Diaper Free" website/blog/podcast/YouTube/book Andrea Olson has a TON of resources to get you going. Basically, just START NOW! Grab a bowl or hold your Baby over a sink or toilet and wait.... Do this multiple times a day... You can even be strategic about it and do it; right after waking up, right after getting out of a seat/carrier, right before/after eating (or both...twice), right before bed 🛌 etc. Or you can do some observation, take your babies diaper off, put em on a piddle pad a watch and wait. Note 📝 the time when your Baby pees and your baby's noises, sounds, faces, body movement, stillness etc. Then wait for another one. Try to reference when they go with how long it's been since they ate/slept/played etc. Generally you will find some sort of pattern. Good luck! 👍🏻🍀
