Burning during and after sex

Please before I write this please don't freak me out as I get very anxious about stuff like this.

Same partner for past 4 years just had coil fitted a month ago no problems and then tonight buebinf during and after sex for about am hour? No other symptoms like I can wee fine, no odour or discharge. I'm 2 days of my period but I just don't get this?

Any advice please xx
