Do any of you ladies get cramps and sometime back pain after sex? How do you deal with them?

OMG yes I've gotten terrible cramps after sex a few times. Its been so bad.

Yes I was getting them bad in my fertile week to where we would have to take a break total buzz kill but they were pretty painful to where I felt like I was gonna throw up I would said take a little break also use the bathroom for me I have stomach issues so I don't poop regularly which probably caused the cramps

I get cramps every time we have sex. But not right after. Usually like half an hour later I’ll get intense cramps. I have to sleep it off🙄
