Litter genie

Anyone else hate the litter genie?? We have 1 kitten and clean his litter box 3x's a day. This litter genie stinks!! We've only had it for 5 days. Anyone else have better experience with their litter genie? I just don't see how this is working or worth it. The smell is terrible coming from the can 🤢
