HELP!! Did i have a miscarriage??

I recently started using the pill but I didn’t start using it the day my period started because the nurse I saw when getting my prescription told me I could start whenever. But this means that my period got posponed. I got it now yesterday as I was supposed to as I’m on the sugar pills now.

But after a few hours I started to get severe cramps like I’ve never experienced before. for almost three hours I was crying and screaming in pain. After about 2.5 h I went to the toilet and some clotted blood came out. After that I took a shower and I felt better but now I’m scared the cramps may come back....

I’ve had unprotected sex with my bf but he’s never come inside me. I don’t know if it was the blood from the period I postponed or if I had a miscarriage?!?
