So I decided to try the keto I wanted to lose weight get healthy with my pcos so 2 weeks in I lost 11 pounds my family was telling me they could see a little difference you know being supportive and my husband would never say anything so at home I was meal prepping and he came at me with we'll see how long this last really sounding negative so I was trying to figure out where that came from so over looking it I asked him if he wanted to start and we could do it together and get healthy he just bluntly told me no and went to the room and lately I noticed he's been tripping and fussing about everything I do now like yesterday I accidentally broke the pot lid and he just flipped out and threw away all the food he had already cleaned and cut up slamming into the trash and I'm trying not to stress but I just don't know what to do
