Vitamins and Minerals
Hey Ladies,
My baby boy (speaking it into existence is due February 2020)!! I’m so excited to finally be headed to Motherhood after years of trying! I have been taking several vitamins and drinking Super Good green smoothies to insure I am getting the proper nutrients that I may not be obtaining from my food. This includes my One a Day Prenatal with Iron, Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules which I believe helped relieve my body of inflammation to help me consumer and B6.
What are you ladies taking? Any suggestions on a regular one a day Prenatal? Any foods packed with everything you might need?!
