first time tips?

so I’m 17, and my boyfriend of 9 months is 18. I’m currently still a virgin, and hes not. so my parents are going out of town in July and my mom made the joke about not having sex in her bed. but i want to lose it to him, and the time would be close to our 10 month anniversary. we’ve done plenty of sexual stuff already, and have almost gotten all the way, but i think i’m finally ready. any tips or suggestions? thanks!
