11 dpo symptoms....

Ok so I am currently 11 dpo and trying so hard to not symptom spot this cycle but it's becoming impossible. Here is what I've experienced so far: fatigue daily for about a week now, slight random dizziness, dull headache off and on, and irritable then in the last 3 days full blown sinus and ear infection out of no where, constipation, nausea. I know this could all be nothing and just the sinus/ear infection and antibiotic but I've always had sinus issues and have never in my life woken up with a full blown infection let alone an ear infection to go with it. Anyone have anything similar? If so did you get your bfp?
