Perineum pain!
How early did yours start? I honestly have no clue how far along I am but don’t think I could be more than 5/6 weeks. I’ve definitely been having slight perineum pain coming and going, and I remember having it later on in pregnancy but don’t remember it starting off this early. This will be my third child.
