Who all put the baby in a crib in their own room right away?

With my son we wait until he was like two months old to move him to his own room but I’m thinking about doing an earlier with my daughter she’s two weeks now I just wanted to see if there’s any moms out there that started doing it from day one and some pros and cons to it.

We plan on keeping our daughter in our room until at least 6 months, maybe up to a year. It's just so much easier to have her right there when she wakes up instead of having to move rooms

No I like keeping babe in my room until SIDS risk decreases which is after 4 months

I did it right away. I wanted to keep him in a bassinet in my room but he was keeping us both up at night.
