Help!
My calendar says I’m supposed to get my period today and I haven’t yet. Usually I get it early mornings and today nothing. I didn’t get the usual symptoms (acne, my boobs feeling heavy, moody). I have been thinking It’s happening like when you feel the blood coming out so I rush to check but it always a false alarm. And I’m not worried about a pregnancy scare but I do have an event next week and I really don’t want to be on my period then. Is there any advice to help a period come sooner? I’ve heard eating oranges and pineapple help and heavy exercise too.
