Lightning crotch?

Anyone have an suggestions on helping me get through these sharp pains that keep occurring? Feels like someone’s stabbing my crotch from time to time and literally makes me freeze and whence in pain. 5 weeks left 🤰

I get them when my baby moves a certain way and I can feel when it's about to happen but there's nothing I've found that helps unfortunately.

I e had them since Thursday. I wish I knew how to help relieve the pain. I’m seeing my doctor tomorrow and will ask what to do.
