Postpartum essentials

When it comes to clothing... My first daughter is almost 7, and for the life of me I can’t remember how I managed postpartum. 😂 I cannot figure out what I’ll want to wear!! I remember the giant ice pack pads and pads, but it seems more common now to use those always diapers?! Can’t decide what would be more comfy, pads or diapers. And if I’ll want to wear leggings or shorts or just throw on a dress.... should I just pack it all? 🤦🏻‍♀️

What are you ladies planning on wearing home or for that next day in the hospital?

ALSO - undies... motherhood maternity has some postpartum support undies. Worth it??
