Can’t seem to lose weight :(

Ive been trying for a year .. when i had my IUD i couldn’t lose weight ended up gaining weight so when i removed it i lost 10 lbs and gained it back 😭😭😭 ughhh it’s been a struggle i had my dr check run labs everything is good.. I’ve been working out 6 days of the week gym in the morning going running in the evenings 😔 currently fasting .. i hardly eat and drink tons of water ! I’m 181 5’2 I’ve had 2 kids before i was 145 .. i want to be that weight again
