Just don't have the energy or drive

Since the middle of my second trimester I have lost a lot of drive to do really anything. I don't really like being around anyone unless it's my family and a few of my fiancee family, the other honestly tire me out with all there drama. I don't even like the idea of having my neices and nephews over, I guess because all they ever wanna do is sit on our TV or our phones and play video games and to me it's like what's the point in coming over then. Does that make me a bad person? I dont know I know I will be a good mom or the best that I can be but just with others peoples kids lately I get annoyed and don't wanna be around them.
