bottles per day??

Question

I just switched my baby to bottle feed from breastfeeding and I’ve no idea how many bottles she should be taking in one day ? I was breastfeeding her on demand but now I’m afraid of her over eating?Shes taking 4-5 oz bottles 4 times a day with one or two bottles at night.She also takes solid food 2 times a day.Please help with your baby’s routine.Thanks!!

My kiddo takes 4 bottles a day of 6-7 ounces. 7am, 11am, 3pm, and his bedtime bottle at 7pm. No overnight feed. He’s been doing this since 4 months old.

I transitioned a couple weeks ago. Here in France an 8 month old typically eats 4 times a day. Here's his schedule:
7am - 6oz bottle
11am - lunch (savory solids) and 3-4oz bottle
3pm - 3oz fruit/applesauce and 4-5oz bottle
6:30pm - dinner (savory solids)
7:30pm - 7oz bottle before bed
It took us a good week or so to figure out quantities and times but once we figured it out it felt so nice! Good luck!

Try putting some sort of schedule, would be easier for you to plan the day. Typically babies at this age eat 5-6 times a day (depending if your baby sleeps through the night; around every 3-3.5 hours during the day.) 
My baby has 5 meals a day (7am bottle; 10 am solids+ sometimes smaller portion in the bottle; 2 pm - bottle; 4 pm - solids; 7:30-745 bottle before bed time). Bottle is usually 5-6 oz, she can occasionally have 2-3 oz bottle after solids if she didn’t eat all the food and still feels hungry
