I’m almost 12 weeks pregnant an have dealt with severe all day sickness. I’ve lost 10 pounds , my stomach hurts, I just wanna be able to eat an keep food down , please anyone

Sea bands. Get them on Amazon, it's cheaper there. They have helped Mr nausea so much. My dr also prescribed me B6. You can try ginger candy or chews. I like the GinGin brand. Also on Amazon. Best of luck.

Its kind of a guessing game. Sea bands, ginger, crackers, b6 all just made me sicker or did nothing. Anything lemon wirled the best, not perfectly but helped. Sip ice water with lemon, the colder the better for me. Most important thing is to stay hydrated. If your concerned though, contact your dr. I was put on phenargen and it helped me soo much.
