Anyone encounter something like this with their baby?

My baby is almost 4 months and while changing diaper I noticed this along half her chest.

They don’t look painful or itchy or red, just skin colored bumps. Will bring it up at ped 4 month visit but didn’t know if anyone here had something similar that can ease my mind till then

I googled and came across molluscum contagiosum which means it’ll heal on its own and not dangerous but I can’t tell if the pics online look like this exactly. Mine looks more mild than the pics online
