Eczema relief?

Question

My little girl just turned 20 months and she was diagnosed with eczema.  Is anyone else going through this with there toddler? 
If so what has helped ease the itch, and have you found anything to make it go away?

Hello, Luna has eczema too we found out when she was one. They gave us a steroid cream which clears it right up. Before that though, we used this one. It worked super good but with the Arizona dryness my doctor said the steroid cream (which she only uses if she has a flare up) should be less of a hassle. Honestly it's super manageable. My son has eczema that is allergy related. Before knowing this for sure we saw an allergist. He said a high percentage of children that have eczema is caused by an allergy. Just something you may want to peruse if you can’t get it under control. We lather coconut oil on my son before taking him out of the bath. Noodle & boo has an eczema cream that works the best in my opinion.

Adding vinegar and coconut oil in bath tub helps the itch, doesn’t take it away completely though. I heard in advance cases soakin baby in chlorine water helps too, didn’t try. Applying Aquaphor, Eucerin, Aveeno eczema creams in rotation also helps. We are constantly moisturizing her skin with them. They say bathing everyday also helps too but we already do it so I don’t know if it does for sure. It is a tough thing to deal with...I hope this helps!
