0% Morphology and success ???

Any success stories with 0% morphology?

Did you try IUI or IVF ?

My husband has high sperm count and high motility. He doesn’t drink, doesn’t smoke and no caffeine intake. Doesn’t take sauna or hot bath.

I have unexplained infertility.

My husband had 0% normal morphology (and motility was a little low as well) and we were told IVF and ICSI were our only options. We had been trying to conceive for a year and a half. We got a 2nd opinion and this doc was willing to try IUI with letrozole and ovidrel (I had some hormone issues as well). We are now 19 weeks pregnant after our 1st IUI back in March! Never hurts to get a second opinion and I say IUI is completely worth a try!

My husband had 0% morphology and made lifestyle adjustments such as quitting smoking, eating better, no caffeine, etc. He also began a supplement regimen for sperm health. He retested and was 1% (improvement but still not great). Either way we ended up getting pregnant naturally 3 times. We have a 2.5 year old, 1 miscarriage, and currently 28 weeks pregnant. Just be diligent about tracking ovulation and we used preseed as well. Good luck!

He took 2 supplements given to us by my acupuncturist (sorry not sure what!), Men's Daily, CoQ10, Fish Oil and he ate lots of pumpkin seeds (the zinc is good for sperm 😊). Then like I said just a super clean diet, timing ovulation and preseed worked for us. Good luck with your IUI!

And I have never used preseed. Probably will give it a try if this IUI is not successful. Thank you 🙏🏻 🤗

We tried 4 years timing mid cycle with zero success. Then i started ttc for 10 months still nothing despite we BD at least 3 times in fertility window. Meanwhile he was on diet and lots of suppliments it went up to one. We did ivf icsi got one good grade embryo. Got pregnant lost it week later due to chemical/failed prwgnancy so back to drawing board.

We had been trying for a year and were unsuccessful. Turns out my husband had 0% morphology (all other categories were high such as motility and count). Knock on wood no issues with me. He Made some lifestyle changes, vitamins, but nothing seemed to help when we saw the results of his follow up semen analysis. We did 3 IUIs back to back and were still unsuccessful. We ended up going to IVF w/ ICSI. We were very lucky that gave us a successful pregnancy 😃. I’d definitely say to give IUI a shot first since it’s much less invasive than IVF - I have heard many IUI success stories ! Everyone is different. But if your doctor ultimately ends up recommending IVF don’t be scared to go down that path either. It is all worth it in the end :)
