Closing stores sooner than the time posted
So I was scrolling through IG and found this post.
One of the comments mentioned how their store manager would lock the doors 20 minutes before closing as to keep customers from coming in. One person even mentioning someone standing at the door telling people they’re closed before the time that’s posted.
As a former customer service worker I feel this meme to my soul. But it’s the comments that kinda got me thinking.
Is it right for store managers to close up shop before the time posted because they just want to get home?
