Face Cleanser

What can i use for a face cleaner every since i got pregnant i been breaking out in little acne bumps 😩

from what i was told, you can’t use anything with salicylic acid in it as it can seep through your skin. so, i use shea moisture african black soap bamboo charcoal detoxifying foaming facial wash and after a few weeks it cleared up my skin immensely.

My acne has been ridiculous since week 4. I use Clinique face wash for oily combo skin in the morning and either Neutrogena Stress Acne Scrub or Avon Professional Acne scrub at night. I then use Walmart brand moisturizer/acne treatment before putting on makeup. And my foundation and concealer are acne control. Still have acne like I just started puberty, but if I don't do all of that, my entire face is covered in yellow pimples. I hope you have better luck than me

I use Dr. Bronners unscented (the blue label which can also be used when baby arrives) face wash. Then I tone my skin with a cotton pad and Trader Joe’s rose toner. Finally I end with the Trader Joe’s rose facial oil or the Derma-e radiant face oil. Once a week, I will exfoliate with a green Apple pregnancy peel from juice beauty. Seems like a lot of work or steps but it isn’t and my skin has been glowing ever since I began this routine. Prior to this, I was getting really bad pregnancy breakouts.

DHC deep cleansing oil. Sounds nuts to put oil on acne, but it hydrates your skin. When you use harsh cleanser, your skin over-produces oil to replenish the natural oil that the cleanser stripped. The oil cleanser balances out your natural oils while cleansing. It’s like $30 a bottle, but it lasts for 6 months plus. I’ve been using it for 3 years and haven’t had a bad breakout at all.
