Exercises while pregnant???
Recently found out I’m pregnant I haven’t had my first midwife appointment yet which is in 3 weeks time so I’m not sure how far I am but I think I’m about 5-6 weeks, what exercises can I do to still keep fit and to help to no over again weight like I did with my first child which was not a massive lot I just felt chubby I and struggled to lose it and I didn’t even over eat or eat junk, so this time round I just hope I don’t go the same that why I thought if I can do some exercises to maybe help as my pregnancy progress.
