1 hour Glucose Test

Has anyone failed the one hour and went on to pass the three hour. Found out that I failed and now I have to go in Monday for the three. My husband says it’s because I wasn’t fasting and have been so dehydrated lately but this being our first time with all this pregnancy stuff I wanted to ask.
