Day 3 of is it Braxton hicks or early labour??

Haven’t slept in 3 days...just want to know if this is the real deal or not? They are still very irregular and not yet painful just uncomfortable but not letting up! 38+5!

I had a episode of strong consistent Braxton’s a few weeks ago at 37 weeks, then randomly on 2 separate days during like 38 weeks and now at 39+3 I lost my mucous plug and constant period like cramps this whole day and contractions randomly & not consistent at all. They were consistent last night but slowed way down. I guess this is all prepping for the big day.

Last few nights I’ve been up every few hours with some seriously strong Braxton Hicks.
I’d say if they don’t hurt/aren’t consistent/aren’t increasing in intensity, it’s probably just your body preparing 🙈
