Teen weight loss?

Hi ladies of eve!! So I’m 15, going to be a sophomore of high school. When I was in sixth-eight grade I was chubby and not athletic. During the summer coming into my freshman year I developed anorexia. I happened to lose a decent amount of baby fat by doing that. I then started track and was the healthiest I had ever been. i also lifted weights once a week. My legs are really muscular from training and my mom always says muscle is heavier than fat. Now that it’s over and I have nothing to do all summer I can’t find any motivation to work out. I’ve always dreamed of having a flat stomach. And I’m super self conscious about how wide I look and how I dont have a defined waist and how I have a muffin top. But the only way I know how to lose weight is through anorexia and I don’t want to put myself through that again. I’ve just come from vacation and wasn’t able to eat super healthy so I’m a little chubby again. What are some easy healthy meals that I can make for myself? And what are some exercises I should try out? Im 5’1” and currently around 130 lbs. I would love to be able to drop 10-15 maybe even 20 before school starts up. Please give me some advice. EDIT: I’m not anorexic anymore and I went to therapy for 6+ months. I do still think about it though, but I haven’t done anything like I used to.
