Crib, bassinet and changing table combo

We currently Live in a two bedroom apartment with two kids so the baby will be sleeping in our room until we move in March 2020.

she should be five months when we move so we are not getting a crib until we move to a 3/4 bedroom home.

we are getting a pack and play combination and I need suggestions. $200 is the most we want to spend but i prefer the best and safest so if its more than $200 still recommend it.
