I need help please

So on the 8th of June I started taking the birth control pill the one that u take for 21 days and then 7 days left for period. Well I took it at 10:30, and then I went to my fwb house for... obv u know what but we didn’t use a condom cause we never needed one. And with some reason I was bleeding during having sex with him but I assumed it’s the pill or something. Then after few days of taking the pill I kept bleeding, I felt really ill, and sick, so after 13 days I stopped taking the pill. I went to get health check done and they called me yesterday that I have to come back to redo the tests cause they didn’t get enough material. Well after I stopped taking the pill i started feeling normal again I didn’t feel sick anymore my belly didn’t hurt nothing. And today I went to his house again and we used protection just in case, and I was bleeding again... I am so scared because I don’t know what it could be and I don’t know if it could be caused by the pill or it’s something worst...
