thrush? 10 week old baby girl

my daughter is 10 weeks old today, we both have thrush as she is exclusively breastfed 😭 gentian violet is out of the question as it's been listed as a carcinogen, nystatin has lots of sugar which yeast thrives off of so that is out of the question as well. right now I am spraying my nipples with ACV with the mother in it after every feed, as well as applying coconut oil to my daughters tongue. I take a daily probiotic and so does she, I'm taking a cayenne supplement and I plan on taking an Epsom salt bath today also.

is there ANYTHING else I can do to get rid of this faster?
