Really scared im pregnant

Ok so i took an emergency pill on the 12th june and i had heavy bleeding with clots 5 days later.

I had symptoms like breast tenderness and stomach pains and stuff and im like 6 days late for my period but i took a pregnancy test at the clinic and it was negative. Now yesterday i was so bloated it was unreal I couldn’t even eat anything properly and when i went to sleep my stomach started rumbling and hurting and right now at 5am in the morning im literally having the worst diarrhoea (tmi) my stomach is growling and bubbling. And in my sleep i felt like i was gonna vomit
