Am I pregnant?

Okay... so I have an IUD sooo the chances are small but I’ve been reading and getting inside my head and I’m having so much anxiety. I had unprotected sex about 6 days ago and I’m not sure if he came inside of me sooo. As of now, I’m suppose to have my period in 7 day but I’ve been having severe back pain and cramps for the past day and a half. Is this normal and I’m just being paranoid, or is there a chance I’m pregnant?
