Could i be pregnant??

I take my pill continuously for 3 months without a period meaning I only get 4 periods a year. I'm very good about taking it and have only taken it in the morning once (supposed to take it at night) over the past like 6 months. The last period I had was around May 30. It was a pretty light period but I didn't think anything of it. Before this period I took the one dose diflucan (which should not affect the pill) for a yeast infection. I dont have a period for June or July and not until the end of August. My boyfriend has finished in me about 6-7 over the course of the past 3 months. I've taken 4 tests to ease my mind and they've all been negative. What do y'all think?
