Light period

So I been on and off spotting for about two weeks, my period was supposed to start three days ago. I’m still spotting but its little more. Idk if i should count it as my period because it’s not heavy like my normal period. The past couple of weeks i been on and off, it occurred after my SO & i had sex, it was kinda rough so i started to spot for a day then a couple days i stop then it reoccurred then it stop again.. i started to get concerned like maybe it’s a new sign that my period is coming. I wanted to wait until my period come before i just made another gyno appointment (i recently just rent for my yearly checkup everything came back normal) . I don’t think I’m pregnant cause it like I’m having a period but i don’t have to wear a pad or tampon. Should i be worry? Or this normal? I never had a light period like this.
