I had a smellš¤ also TMI
So Iām a teenager and i have become more aware of my body and coochie (or whatever u wanna call it) and I noticed it had a smell. It was kinda strong but not that strong. So I did some googling and I thought I could have a yeast infection but it didnāt feel like it so ig I donāt but anyways i have always washed my coochie and I couldnāt figure out why it smelled. So I just started washing it more aggressively and shaving more often. But it did nothing. And I did some more searching and it said keep it dry which I hadnāt been paying attention if it was dry or not so I decided to put baby powder on it in the morning and see how it smelled after a day. So it was the end of the day and I decided to test how it worked and so I basically just rubbed my hand down there and smelled it and there was no smell!š So that is now what I do to prevent smell idk why it works but it does š¤·š½āāļø and now Iām working on getting some cotton underwear because that lets it breath and Iām going to take better care of lil mama now. Also sorry you had to hear this I was just so proud of myself I had to share and please donāt judge me because I know all women have had a smell at least once in their life.
EDIT: Iāve seen the comments and I want to say that I have never put any soaps or anything INSIDE my vagina only outside of it. And also by cleaning aggressively I mean just cleaning more of the area. Also I did not put any baby powder on or in my vagina only on the lips. And the soap I use is the unscented dove which Iāve heard a lot of women use.
UPDATE: So i read the comment that said baby powder can cause ovarian cancer and so I didnāt use it and instead I just decided to try air drying it, i know it sounds weird but it work because i donāt have any smell at the end of the day and also I donāt think I have BV because if I had BV the smell would just continue to be there and it wouldnāt go away unless I got it treated. The cause was just the moisture I kept there plus the sweat just doubled the smell.
