Donate breastmilk?

Has anyone donated their breastmilk before? There is a mothers milk close to me and I thought about doing it. Does it matter how much you can give? Or how often?
I know I could call them for more information, but wanted to hear anyone's experience

I would suggest going on your states Human milk for human babies Facebook page. There are hundreds of babies needing milk. You can ask for bags to replace yours if you’re still pumping. My son used donated milk and that is how we got all his!

My friend wanted to do it. There was a minimum amount. They asked if she smoked, drank caffeine, ate or drank dairy, was on any meds, and if she had drank any alcohol.

For the milk bank near me, they had a minimum of 100 ounces. You can drop off whenever is convenient for you. I froze all of mine and dropped off all at once.
