What do you do with your toddlers?

I have a doctor appointment for myself tomorrow and I have to take my 14 month old with me. I don’t know what to do to keep her entertained during the visit and not become a distraction for me or the doctor. Any ideas that don’t involve a screen?

My child goes to daycare when I have doctor appointments. I don’t believe in screen time either for toddlers or babies, as it’s not a babysitter.

Books. Toys. My little comes with me everywhere. My midwife didn’t mind at all & easily worked around my munchkin exploring the room. Lol

My son stays with someone and if no one is available then he sits still in his stroller.
