Help. Medicine for 5m old.

My baby girl who is five months I’m about to be six months on the 16th I have has been sleeping a lot today you can tell that she does not feel good last time I took her temperature it was 100.4. I have little remedies fever and pain reliever but it is for 2 to 3 years old. Just wondering if I could give this to her I can’t get a hold of a hotline for pediatricians. My doctor told me I could give this to her when she got her shots if after she was running a fever but I can’t remember how much.
