How to self care?
I’m having a baby soon (32w4d) and I am trying to make sure I prioritize self care this time around. After I had my first babies (twins), I really lost myself and my identity. I feel like now I just don’t know how to have “me time” or indulge in self care. What are some ideas aside from working out? That’s already a regular thing for me.
