About how long after a c section will I start my period?

I’m almost 3 week pp and my stomach is killing me. Would just like to know when I should start it?

There’s no set time. I still haven’t had one & my baby is 14w old.

I didn’t have one tell my son was 9 months old.

Everyone is different! Some get it back early and others not for over a year. 
With both of my kids, one vaginal and one c section, mine cane back 4 weeks to the day after birth and then was regular again from then on.
