Period after c-section and tubal ligation

I'm curious as to when your period should come back after c-section and tubal ligation? My baby is almost 9 weeks and i haven't had a period yet I'm breast and bottle feeding. I'm really scared to be pregnant again😭 Has this happen to any of you ladies?
